Prizes: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A weekend trip for two to Cincinnati, Ohio. Approximate retail value (ARV): $600. Trip includes 2 nights/3 days hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at the Cincinnati 21C Museum Hotel, a 3-hour experience with Ray Recchia, the Executive Chef at Keystone Bar & Grill to create a custom, new signature Mac & Cheese dish, a $200 4EG Gift card and inclusion of winner’s newly-created signature Mac & Cheese dish on the Keystone Bar & Grill menu for at least 3 months. Trip must be taken between February and April of 2017. Sponsor will provide three (3) dates from which the winner must choose one. Cooking experience will take place on a Thursday. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all unspecified travel-related expenses, including but are not limited to, transportation, meals, gratuities, and incidental hotel expenses. Grand
Prize Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary, and must be able to travel on dates designated by Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within 3 days of postmark notification date, or the Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be chosen. Guest of Grand Prize Winner (“Guest’) must be at least 21 years of age. Guest will be required to sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to booking travel.
