Phase 1 / Entry Phase (“Entry Phase”): You may enter via the internet during the period beginning at 10:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 03/13/23 through 11:59:59 P.M. ET on 04/13/23 (“Entry Period”). You (as the “Entrant”) may compete for a chance to become the Grand Prize Winner (see below for definitions and more details). The Promotion will consist of one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”). Sponsor invites you to show us your HC fandom! Tell us why you or your family/friend group is the ultimate Hallmark Channel fan by visiting: https://numberonefancontest.hallm…(“Website”) to enter by submitting the following (collectively, “Entry”): (a) letter up to 500 words why you love Hallmark Channel (“Letter”), (b) short video up to 120 seconds (two minutes) (“Video”), and a minimum of 3 photos and a maximum of 5 photos. The Video or Photos can include members of your family and/or friends, however, it is not required. Once you have created the Entry Materials, follow these steps on (“Website”): (a) enter your first and last name along with your own email address, phone number, social media handle (if you have one) and zip code; (b) upload Entry and (c) click the “Enter Now” button or other similar button. Upon completion, Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Phase 2 / Winner Selection (“Judging Phase”): Judging will take place between 4/14/23, and 5/15/23. The Judges (as defined below) will score the eligible Entries based on the Criteria below in order to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”), subject to verification and compliance with these Rules (“Rules”). Finalists may receive a phone call from judges for a follow up interview via phone and/or zoom at any time.

WHAT THE JUDGES ARE LOOKING FOR: Sponsor’s appointed panel of judges consisting of employees of Sponsor (“Judges”) will score the eligible Entries based on the following criteria (“Criteria”): Authenticity –50% (We are looking for true Hallmark Fans who love, watch and know all about our programming. Feel free to demonstrate this in a creative way!) and Story –50%. Tell us the story of your journey to become our #1 Fan. The Judges will choose the top one (1) highest-scoring Entry meeting the Criteria.

PRIZE CONDITIONS /APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive $10,000.00 (issued via check (ARV – $10,000), plus $2,400.00 (issued via check) to cover up to $2,400.00 in taxes). Total Retail Value of Prize – $12,400.00.
