PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): There will be one (1) Daily Prize Winner for each of the thirty (30) Daily Drawings. There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner for the Grand Prize Drawing.

 One Daily Prize Winner (30 total). Each Daily Prize winner will receive the following prize pack of three toothbrushes:
 GUM® Star Wars™ Lightsaber™ Toothbrush (ARV: $3.49)
 GUM® Star Wars™ Power Toothbrush (ARV: $5.99)
 GUM® Star Wars™ Manual Toothbrush Twinpack (ARV: $2.99)

 One Grand Prize Winner (1 total). After applicable verification and subject to compliance with these Official Rules, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following Grand Prize: A trip to Star Wars™ Celebration VI in Orlando, Florida for Grand Prize Winner and up to three traveling companions he or she designates (each a “Guest”), all of whom must travel together. Each Guest must be age eighteen (18) or older (or a child for whom Winner is the parent or legal guardian) and must agree to be bound by these Official Rules and must sign a release consistent with that contemplated of Winner in these Official Rules as a condition to receipt of and/or participation in the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is comprised of the following:
 • round trip coach class flight for Winner and Guests to a major airport selected by Sponsor in or near Orlando, Florida (“Destination Airport”) from a major airport selected by Sponsor near Winner’s U.S. principal home address as of the commencement of the Promotion Period (the “Home Airport”);
 • four (4) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel designated by Sponsor; and
 • four (4) non-transferable tickets to Star Wars™ Celebration VI, August 23-26, 2012.

 Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Dollars ($3,260)
