Prizes: There is one (1) Prize available to be awarded in the Promotion (the “Prize”)
(detailed below). All federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not expressly listed in
these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the verified Prize winner (“Verified Prize
Winner”). Prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by selected
Verified Prize Winner. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value. Prize type(s) and
components will be selected by Sponsor or its representatives in its/their sole discretion. All nonstated features of the Prize(s) are determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to
availability, including without limitation color, style, and sizing. Actual retail value of the Prize(s)
may vary, including variations based on the Participants’ location.
The Prize shall be comprised of:
• Two (2) round trip business class airfares for Verified Prize Winner and his/her one (1)
guest to/from Paris, France, to/from the closest major U.S. airport to Verified Prize
Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor)

Winner and his/her guest to stay at The Ritz in Paris
• Car service for Verified Prize Winner and his/her guest to/from Verified Prize Winner’s
residence, to/from the closest major U.S. airport to Verified Prize Winner’s residence and
hotel (as determined by Sponsor)
• Welcome meal Verified Prize Winner and his/her guest
The approximate retail value of the Prize is $15,000.
