Prizes:
The Grand Prize will offer the following for a winner and up to 3 guests – round-trip airfare on a carrier selected by
Sponsor to the closest major airport to the destination selected by Grand Prize winner and return airfare from the closest major airport to the home of the Grand Prize winner; three (3) nights’ occupancy accommodation at a hotel
chosen by Sponsor; tickets or cash equivalent to entertainment attractions selected by the Sponsor The estimated
retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,000. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and/or
email and will be required, as permitted by law, to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release
which must be returned within time period specified in the notification letter or, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a
potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and if so, an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be
randomly selected. Return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of the prize, in
Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one prize per person. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible
entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The grand prize winner and guest(s) must travel by December 31,
2013.

Eighty-two (82) local winners will receive 12 months of Gigi’s products through the use of a
coupon or coupon equivalent as defined by Sponsor; Coupon or coupon equivalent will be redeemable at Gigi’s
retail locations defined by Sponsor for a total of 12 months beginning May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014
