Your Video must meet the following Video Requirements: 1) you must share a road trip description that is up to 620 miles in length* and takes place within the continental United States; 2) you must state who you would take with you who are 18 years of age or older; 3) you must state why you should win; 4) you must state your name, age, and the city and state in which you live; 5) at some point in the Video, you must say “I want to take the new 2013 Fusion Energi on my ultimate Fusion Energi Adventure.”
Limit: one (1) entry per person.
All Videos must comply with the technical, creative, and legal requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Your Video must not be longer than 3 minutes in length. Entries must be in English.
During the Contest Period, Videos will be posted to the Website and consumers will be able to vote on which Videos they “like.” Limit one (1) vote per person per email address during the Contest Period.
Once every 24 hours, consumers can visit the Website and watch a video to place five (5) additional votes and answer a trivia question to place five (5) additional votes. Trivia question must be answered correctly. Limit of ten (10) additional votes per person/email address per 24 hour period.
JUDGING/FINALIST SELECTION: Following the end of the Contest Period, a qualified panel of judges will judge each Video submitted based on the following equally weighted criteria: Creativity, Camera Presence and Audience Appeal (determined by the number of votes for the Video).
PRIZE (1): Winner will receive a trip for winner and one guest to a location within the continental United States to take the ultimate Fusion Energi Adventure from their Video in a 2013 Ford Fusion Fusion Energi and have that road trip filmed for a 30 minute reality TV show episode. The prize includes roundtrip coach airfare for winner and guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to a major commercial airport near the road trip location; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights/three (3) days; roundtrip ground transportation between the destination airport and hotel; incidental expenses during the road trip up to $2,000; a new 2013 Ford Fusion Fusion Energi up to $55,000; and a check payable to winner for $15,000 to put towards taxes or other fees associated with the vehicle. Approximate retail value: $72,000. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Prize will not be awarded. All prize details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Certain restrictions and black out dates may apply. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Trip must be taken between November 1, 2013 and November 22, 2013.
