Prize: (1 winner) A trip to Memphis, TN for two people consisting of the following: roundtrip coach airfare to Memphis, TN from major US gateway airport closest to winner’s primary residence (as determined by “Sponsor”), or ground transportation if winner resides within a 150 mile radius of Memphis, Tennesse; ground transportation from airport/hotel/airport (if flights into Memphis); first class hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy; room rate and tax only) for 3-days/2-nights (as determined by “Sponsor”); one dinner for two at Neely’s BBQ Restaurant; and $1000 cash spending money for Grand Prize winner only. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this Prize Package is $3,038.00. Actual Value of Grand Prize depends on winner’s location and fares at the time of departure. If actual value of trip turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.

The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the Grand Prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. All meals, other than as noted herein, ground transportation, additional costs, taxes, fees, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges and other expenses associated with acceptance and use of any element of any prize not specifically addressed above as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize winner and their respective guest must travel on the exact same itinerary (the same airline and flight, including same departure and return dates) or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Dates for taking the trip may be selected at the discretion of the winner, but are subject to availability and other blackout dates as dictated by the airline and hotel. All travel must be completed by October 31, 2009, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Travel companion of prize winner must be aged 18 years or older, or if a minor, have the written permission of parent/legal guardian, and will be required to sign publicity and liability releases, and return same, properly executed, prior to issuance of travel documents. All travel must be arranged with Sweepstakes Administrator a minimum of forty-five (45) days in advance, and is subject to availability. If prize winner is unable to fulfill the prize during the specified time period, such prize winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Once travel arrangements have been made and tickets have been purchased, travel may only be altered at the sole expense of the winner.
