Two (2) “Grand Prizes”, each Grand Prize comprising of one (1) trip for Winner and up to Three (3) guests to Los
Angeles, CA for a deluxe tour for four (4) people of the Warner Bros. Studio Hollywood (“WB Tour”); round trip,
coach air transportation for winner and up to three (3) guests between a major gateway airport near winner’s home
and Los Angeles, CA; 3 nights/4 days hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel
determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion, rental car (eligible drivers only and if grand prize winner is not an
eligible driver this portion of the grand prize will be forfeited and any difference in value will not be awarded;
excludes gas, tolls, parking, insurance, collision damage waiver and is subject to car rental terms &
conditions), $500.00 spending allowance (collectively each, the “grand prize”). Each grand prize winner & guest must
travel together on the same itinerary on date(s) as specified by Sponsor or the applicable grand prize will be forfeited
in its entirety. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least eighteen (18)
years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”) of each grand prize: $6,100. Any difference between the estimated ARV stated above and the actual value
will not be awarded.
Two Hundred (200) “First Prizes” each First Prize comprising of one (1) Wonka Branded PU Leather briefcase (ARV
of each First Prize: $50). Please allow 6-8 weeks for fulfillment of the Prize.
The total ARV of all Prizes is $22,200.
