ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests to Daytona Beach consisting of:
(i) round trip air transportation from major a commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Daytona Beach, FL;
(ii) four (4) nights’ pet-friendly quad hotel accommodations for two (2) adults and two (2) children at the Shores Resort & Spa (room and tax only);
(iii) one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) VISA Gift Card to be used towards pet air transportation and ground transportation expenses; and
(iv) one (1) copy of the motion picture PUPS UNITED on DVD.
ARV of Grand Prize: $4,469.98. Grand Prize Winner and guests must complete travel by October 17, 2016 and must book his/her trip a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to travel or the Grand Prize will be forfeited.
