PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be three (3) winners. The prizes:
 One (1) grand prize winner will receive round-trip first class air transportation for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to Las, Vegas, Nevada, ground transportation from the Las Vegas airport to the ARIA resort; three (3) nights in an ARIA Sky Suite Penthouse (double occupancy); two (2) VIP Tickets to Viva ELVIS™ by Cirque du Soleil®; VIP Table at HAZE Nightclub; dinner for two (2) at barMASA; dinner for two (2) at Sage; VIP Pool Cabana with Lunch and Beverage Tab for two (2); spa services for two (2) in a Spa Suite. Additional meals, additional transportation, in-room charges (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities and all other expenses are not included. Approximate retail value of the prize package is $10,000, depending on actual itinerary.

 One (1) second prize winner will receive luxury train transportation for two (2) beginning in either Vancouver, Canada or Calgary, Canada and ending in the other city with stops in Kamloops and Banff, overnight accommodations for two (2) at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Palliser, and Fairmont Vancouver (all double occupancy) one (1) Scenic tour, one (1) gondola ride and two (2) helicopter rides. Meals on board the train are included. Additional meals, additional transportation, in-room charges (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities and all other expenses are not included. The approximate retail value of the prize package is $8,500, depending on actual itinerary.

 One (1) third prize winner will receive one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for the winner and one (1) guest in one of the world’s top islands or cities as named in Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards, round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major commercial airport nearest the winner’s home in the United States to prize destination, and hotel transfers. Meals, additional transportation, in-room charges, (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities and all other expenses are not included. The prize package has an approximate retail value of $7,500, depending on actual itinerary.
