Prize: (1 winner) Trip for 2 to Las Vegas, NV between April 4, 2009 and April 6, 2009, but subject to change in Sponsor Entities’ sole discretion. The trip for two will include: roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by MTVN) to Las Vegas, NV. MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 200 miles of Las Vegas, NV; 2-nights hotel accommodations at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room, based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); and two tickets to the ACM Awards to be held on April 5, 2009.
