PRIZE
Among all valid Registration Forms and Mail-in Entries and subject to the conditions
below, ONE (1) single prize will be awarded, which shall consist of:
o Tickets for four (4) individuals to attend ONE (1) pre-show rehearsal performance
of TORUK – The First Flight (“Show”) in Bossier City, LA, to happen between
October 21, 2015 and November 11, 2015. Tickets include a meet and greet with
select creators of the Show and have each an approximate retail value not to
exceed One Hundred United States Dollars (USD $100.00);
o Round trip economy airfare for four (4) individuals from the airport closest to
Winner’s residence to Bossier City, Louisiana, United States of America, (subject
to availability, airfare company and itinerary to be determined at the sole
discretion of Cirque), having an approximate retail value not to exceed Seven
Hundred Fifty United States Dollars (USD $750.00) per person. If the Winner
resides 400 KM / 248 Miles or less outside Bossier City, Louisiana, round trip
economy airfare may be substituted by ground transportation at Cirque’s sole
discretion. In such cases, no further or alternative prizing or compensation will be
provided;
o Two (2) hotel night accommodations for four (4) individuals in ONE (1) standard
room at a hotel located in Bossier City, Louisiana, United States of America (four
guests to be accommodated in one single standard room, hotel and room to be
determined at the sole discretion of Cirque), having an approximate retail value
not to exceed Three Hundred United States Dollars (USD $300.00) per night;
o A Five Hundred United States Dollars (USD $500.00) check payable to the
Winner;
The foregoing components collectively constitute the “Prize”.
The total retail value of the Prize is approximately Four Thousand Five Hundred United
States Dollars (USD $4,500).
