This prize draw is open to all US residents excluding those employed by the Promoter, its affiliates, agencies or businesses involved in this prize draw (“Associated Persons”), members of such Associated Persons’ families, and individuals living in the same household with such Associated Persons are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This prize draw is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Any person that completes the “How likely are you to recommend” survey between the 1st of November 2010 and June 30th, 2011 will be eligible to be entered into this prize draw. Only one entry per person will be permitted. Valid entries received during each weekly prize drawing period will not be included subsequent entry period(s). No purchase necessary to enter or claim a prize. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. No skill is necessary to enter or win.
There will be FIVE $50 Gift Cards each week under the prize draw. Each prize shall consist of a $50 Chili’s Gift Card. No cash alternative is available. There will be a total of 25 prize winners. Odds of winning any random drawing will depend on the number of entries received during the applicable entry period(s).
Each prize winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person. All prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
Entries sent in through third parties will not be entered into the prize draw. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
The winners will be notified within 4 weeks of drawing date, and drawing date will take place within 4 weeks of survey completions (total of 8 weeks from survey completion date). The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prizes if any of the prize-winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, to be determined at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
There will be 25 prizes in total. For each entry period, 5 prizes will be awarded. Each Prize will be a Chili’s Gift card with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $50 USD. All prizes for all entry periods have a total combined ARV of $625.00 USD.
