Email: During an Entry Phase, an eligible entrant may e-mail his/her first and complete
last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, phone number, date of birth, and the sentence
“I have read and agree to the Official Rules”, along with his/her Submission to
CWTequila@gmail.com to receive one (1) entry into the applicable Entry Phase.
E. Call-In: During an Entry Phase, an eligible entrant may call 833-CWT-BOSS (833-298-
2677) and provide his/her first and complete last name (no initials), valid e-mail address,
phone number, date of birth, verbally provide his/her Submission, and verbally confirm
that he/she has read and agreed to these Official Rules to receive one (1) entry into the
applicable Entry Phase
Limit: Each entrant may submit one (1) unique Submission per entry method outlined above during the Contest Period, for a total of five (5) unique Submissions.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):
A. Grand Prize (1): The grand prize winner will receive a check for $3,000 (“Grand Prize”).
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,000. There will be one (1)
Grand Prize in the Contest.
B. Entry Phase Prizes (2; 1 per Entry Phase): Each Entry Phase winner will receive a
check for $1,000 to take his/her Submission to the next level (each an “Entry Phase
Prize”). The ARV of each Entry Phase Prize is $1,000. Only two (2) Entry Phase Prizes
will be awarded, one (1) per Entry Phase.
