GRAND Prize and Approximate Retail Value: Sponsors will award to the winner of the Grand Prize Drawing (“Winner”) one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) consisting of: 1) a trip for Winner and a guest (“Guest”) to a location to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (“Prize Destination”), and 2) a private cooking class with the winner of the Show (the “Series Winner”).

(“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200).
WEEKLY PRIZES: Sponsors will award to each Weekly Prize Winner one (1) weekly prize (“Weekly Prize”, and together with Grand Prize collectively referred to herein as “Prize”) consisting of the following: one (1) cash prize in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100) to be awarded in the form of a check or in such other form as Sponsors may designate in their sole discretion. ARV of all Weekly Prizes is one thousand six hundred dollars ($1,600).
