TIMING: The Contest will be defined by the three (3) following time periods:

 1. The Submission Period (“Submission Period”) – 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 16, 2013 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 1, 2013.
 2. The Voting Period (“Voting Period”) – 12:00:01 a.m. ET on May 2, 2013 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 16, 2013.
 3. The Judging Period (“Judging Period”) – 12:00:01 a.m. ET on May 17, 2013 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 23, 2013.

 The Sponsor’s database clock is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

 HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: Eligible Entrants can enter the Contest during the Submission Period by completing the following steps:

 (1.) Visiting (https://www.facebook.com/beachesresorts) (the “Website”)
 (2.) ‘Liking’ the page
 (3.) Initiating the Contest tab/application
 (4.) Completing the Contest registration form which will require Entrants to describe
 (in 200 words or less) why they deserve a to win Beaches vacation (the “Theme”)

 Limit one (1) entry per person per Facebook account.

 During the Judging Period, each entry will be reviewed by a qualified judge or panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor. Each entry will be judged based on the clear relationship between the submission and the following criteria:

 – Number of votes accumulated during the Voting Period (49%)
 – Sponsor’s determination of the entry’s creativity and uniqueness (51%)

 One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected based on the judges’ scoring/ranking according to the aforementioned criteria.
