Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (the “ARV”): Grand Prizes (4 total, 1 per Challenge): A trip for the winner and one (1) guest to a sporting event in the United States (for a U.S. winner only) or in Canada (for a Canadian winner only). Actual sporting event shall be determined based on winner’s desires and interests, availability of tickets, and cost within budget for Grand Prize; but with final decision to be made solely by Sponsor. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation to/from major airport nearest winner’s home, a minimum of one night hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) and two (2) tickets to be used by the winner and his/her guest to the sporting event. (Maximum ARV: up to USD$4,785/$5,065 CDN [depending on the current exchange rate] each and value may not exceed USD$4,785/$5,065 CDN [depending on the current exchange rate]). In the event a Grand Prize winner lives within a 100-mile radius of destination city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Actual retail value of Grand Prize may vary based on many factors including sporting event, departure and/or destination city, dates of travel and fares at time of travel. If the actual value of the trip is less than the stated maximum, the balance will not be awarded. Daily Prizes (56 total, 1 per day): Sponsor-selected AXE products (ARV: USD$15 each/[CDN $16 each]).
