PRIZES: Grand Prize (one (1) per Category): Work space organization makeover with Jodie Watson. Makeover includes (i) a 6-hr day with Jodie Watson organizing a single work area in winner’s home or office (actual space may depend on Category and shall be subject to Sponsor’s approval), (ii) select Avery organization and other office products not to exceed $500 (to be determined by Sponsor), (iii) a $1,000 gift card (issuer to be determined by Sponsor) and (iv) a check in the amount of $1,600 which Grand Prize winner may use towards taxes.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): not to exceed $5,000 each.

Weekly Prizes:
First Prize (36) (two (2) per Category per Weekly Period): $500 multi-use gift certificate (issuer to be determined by Sponsor) (ARV: $500 each).

Second Prize (90) (five (5) per Category per Weekly Period): Avery Prize Pack which includes a variety of Avery label product samples (to be determined by Sponsor) and a $25 gift card to an office products store (to be determined by Sponsor) (ARV: $212 each). Total ARV of all prizes per Category: $17,360.
