PRIZES,MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE, AND ODDS OF WINNING:
The following prizes (each a “Prize”) will be awarded.
a. Week #1 Drawing.
A total of one (1) winner will win one (1) Gibson Cat-back Exhaust System with manufacturer’s suggested retail price (“MSRP”) of: $550.00.
b. Week #2 Drawing.
A total of one (1) winner will win one (1) Gibson Cat-back Exhaust System with “MSRP” of: $550.00.
c. Week #3 Drawing.
A total of one (1) winner will win one (1) Gibson Cat-back Exhaust System with “MSRP” of: $550.00 and Gibson Performance Headers with MSRP of up to $400 for a total of up to $ 950.00 per winner.
d. Week #4 Drawing.
A total of one (1) winner will win one (1) Gibson Cat-back Exhaust System with “MSRP” of $550.00 and Gibson Performance Headers with MSRP of up to $400.00 for a total of up to $ 950.00 per winner.
The total cumulative MSRP of all Prizes is up to $3,000.00 Actual MSRP may vary per Prize awarded as values are dependent upon the make and model of each Potential Winner’s vehicle. The odds of winning a Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received for each of the Sweepstakes drawings.
7. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES WEEKLY DRAWINGS:
a) An independent judging organization (whose decisions are final and binding) will select all potential winners via four (4) random drawings from all eligible Entries received for each of the four (4) Weekly Entry Periods (each, a “Potential Winner”) in accordance with the following drawing schedule:
i. Week #1 Drawing Date: on or about September 22, 2014.
ii. Week #2 Drawing Date: on or about September 29, 2014.
iii. Week #3 Drawing Date: on or about October 6, 2014.
iv. Week #4 Drawing Date: on or about October 13, 2014.
