One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to New York City, NY. Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation (for two (2) people) to and from a U.S. gateway airport nearest to the prize winner’s place of residence, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for three (3) nights, ground transportation to and from the prize city airport and hotel and transportation to and from the hotel and Kmart for the shopping spree (as described below). If the prize winner’s primary residence is within 100 miles of New York, NY, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with car service or other ground transportation. The Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize shall be adjusted accordingly. Prize winner and companion must travel under the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel. If the prize winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the winner must accompany winner on the entire trip as a guest. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, tickets will not be replaced. The Grand Prize also includes: (for prize winner only) a) a $500 Kmart gift card for use by the winner in the New York City Kmart while accompanied by a stylist engaged by Kmart; and b) a gift card in the amount of $500 for a spa makeover (including a haircut, hair coloring, manicure, and pedicure) at a spa located in New York City. All additional expenses associated with the Grand Prize including but not limited to incidentals, meals, federal, state and local sales or other taxes and surcharges are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, unless otherwise set forth in the Official Rules. Four (4) First Prize winners will each receive a $100 Kmart gift card. The gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of issuer. Total ARV of First Prizes: $400.00.
