Prizes: There will be a total of eighty-one (81) prizes awarded as follows:

Drawing No. 1 Prizes: Three (3) Winners will each receive one (1) $250 Yankee Stadium Retail Store gift card redeemable at Yankee Stadium Retail Stores [Valid for six (6) months from date of issue], with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $250; two (2) Winners will each receive two (2) Main Level Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on May 11, 2012 vs. the Seattle Mariners, with an ARV of $65 per ticket; and two (2) Winners will each receive two (2) Legends Suite Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on May 22, 2012 vs. the Kansas CityRoyals, with an ARV of $260 per ticket.

Drawing No. 2 Prizes: Five (5) Winners will each receive four (4) Grandstand Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on June 8, 2012 vs. the New York Mets, with an ARV of $22 per ticket; and four (4) Winners will each receive four (4) Grandstand Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on June 9, 2012 vs. the New York Mets, with an ARV of $22 per ticket; and five (5) Winners will each receive four (4) Grandstand Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on June 10, 2012 vs. the New York Mets, with an ARV of $22 per ticket.

Drawing No. 3 Prizes: Five (5) Winners will each receive the opportunity for Winner and three (3) guests of Winner (“Guests”) to attend a Batting Practice Event at Yankee Stadium scheduled to take place on June 16, 2012, with an ARV of $20 each attendee.

Drawing No. 4 Prizes: Two (2) Winners will each receive two (2) Legends Suite Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on June 30, 2012 vs. the Chicago White Sox, with an ARV of $260 per ticket; three (3) Winners will each receive one (1) $250 Yankee Stadium, Retail Store gift card redeemable at Yankee Stadium Retail Stores [Valid for six (6) months from the date of issue], with an ARV of $250; and two (2) Winners will each receive the opportunity for Winner and three (3) guests to attend an Alumni Lunch at Yankee Stadium, scheduled to occur on June 30, 2012, with an ARV of $200 for each Winner.

Drawing No. 5 Prizes: Two (2) Winners will each receive two (2) Field Level Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on July 14, 2012 vs. the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, with an ARV of $175 per ticket; and ten (10) Winners will each receive four (4) Grandstand Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on July 27, 2012 vs. the Boston Red Sox, with an ARV of $22 per ticket.

Drawing No. 6 Prizes: Five (5) Winners will each receive four (4) Grandstand Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on August 17, 2012 vs. the Boston Red Sox, with an ARV of $22 per ticket; and five (5) Winners will each receive four (4) Grandstand Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on August 18, 2012 vs. the Boston Red Sox, with an ARV of $22 per ticket.

Drawing No. 7 Prizes: Two (2) Winners will each receive two (2) Main Level Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on September 21, 2012 vs. the Oakland Athletics, with an ARV of $175 per ticket; and five (5) Winners will each receive four (4) Grandstand Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on October 1, 2012 vs. the Boston Red Sox, with an ARV of $22 per ticket.

Drawing No. 8 Prizes: Six (6) Winners will each receive one (1) autographed baseball by a Yankees Alumni, with an ARV of $50 each; and one (1) Winner will receive: (i) one (1) flat screen TV, with an ARV of $1,000; (ii) one (1) AT&T tablet, with an ARV of $649.99; (iii) one (1) AT&T handset pre-loaded with AT&T and New York Yankees content, with an ARV of $399.99; (iv) New York Yankees merchandise, with an ARV of $500; and (v) an opportunity for Winner and twenty (20) guests of Winner to attend a catered event with a New York Yankees Alumni at a location of Sponsor’s choice close to Winner’s primary residence, scheduled to take place on or about October 2012, with an ARV of $2,000.

Drawing No. 9 Prizes: Five (5) Winners will each receive four (4) Grandstand Tickets to attend the New York Yankees baseball game at Yankee Stadium scheduled to be played on October 2, 2012 vs. the BostonRed Sox, with an ARV of $22 per ticket.

Drawing No. 10 Prizes: Four (4) Winners will each receive one (1) baseball autographed by a Yankees Alumni, with an ARV of $50 each; and three (3) Winners will each receive one (1) $250 Yankee Stadium Retail Store gift card redeemable at Yankee Stadium Retail Stores [Valid for six (6) months from date of issue].

The prizes above will collectively be referred to herein as (the “Prize” or “Prizes”). The Prize Winners will collectively be referred to herein as (the “Winner” or “Winners”). The total ARV of all of the Prizes is $15,711.98
