Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two individuals to New York, New York, which will include: round-trip airfare for two for the Grand Prize winner and a travel companion, from a major airport nearest the winner’s home. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary; hotel accommodations for a three-day/two-night stay for Two (2) at a four-star hotel located in NYC, based on double occupancy; round-trip sedan airport transfers in NYC; makeover with a Professional Makeup Artist, for the Grand Prize winner and a guest; $1,000 Cash for Travel Expenses (ARV $6,600)

Some restrictions may apply, depending on residence of winner and fares at departure time. Advance reservations are required. Sponsor reserves the right to provide round-trip local transportation between winner’s residence and hotel for any winner who lives within 100 miles of the prize area. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsors’ approval. Winners and guests must provide own transportation to and from departure airport. Actual final value of trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure and ticket and hotel availability and cost at time of purchase.

The actual value of the Grand Prize will depend on the final itinerary, and any difference between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded. Expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner. A minor may only be a guest, if the minor is the child or legal ward of the winner. If the winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence winner’s guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest must possess all required travel documents, (for example valid government issued photo identification) and comply with all security requirements. Winner and guest must travel on dates, flights and at times specified by Sponsor even should the Prize dates be rescheduled. Travel must be completed by January 31, 2012. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return, within 10 days of receipt, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release, where allowed by law and an IRS form W-9. If documents are not returned within the specified time period, or if notification is returned as non-deliverable or if the potential Grand Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules or Grand Prize remains unclaimed, the potential winner may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion and the prize awarded to an alternate winner in a second chance drawing. Winner’s guest must complete, sign and return a Liability Release, and where lawful, Publicity Release, prior to issuance of travel documents. When the travel guest is determined, that travel guest cannot be changed for any reason without the approval of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason whatsoever. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability, change, restrictions and blackout periods may apply. If the Winner’s residence is within 100 miles of New York City, the prize will not include air transportation and the Sponsor may substitute round-trip ground transportation in its sole discretion. Should the winner or winner’s guest engage in behavior during the Prize trip that (as solely determined by Sponsor) is considered obnoxious, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, harm or harass any other person or entity, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the winner’s trip early, in whole or in part, and escort the winner and his or her guest to the return airport (or via ground transportation, as applicable) with no further compensation, and no liability.

All travel related expenses for gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges, ground transportation to and from the winner’s departing airport from home, food & beverage and personal expenses such as telephone/Internet charges, and gift shop purchases are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Prize must be used on dates specified or prize will be forfeited. Dates are subject to change. Winner and travel companion must have valid photo ID prior to departure. Airline regulations apply.
