PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING:

1. Ten (10) Winners will receive the prize package (“Grand Prize Package”) of a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to a mystery location (“Mystery Location”) known only to the Sponsor to attend the Thrillist Jet Mystery Events (the “Events”) on October 17 and 18, 2009.

Two (2) night hotel accommodation for Winner and Guest at Mystery Location on October 17, 2009 and October 18, 2009. ARV of hotel stay is $581.00.

iii. Access for the Winner and Guest to the Events at Mystery Location. ARV of access to the Events is $110.00.

iv. Two (2) gift packs from participating sponsors of the Event (together, “Prize Packs”) is $150.

3. The Total ARV of the Grand Prize Package is $2500.
