The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are Time Warner Cable residential subscribers in good standing, residing in a serviceable area of Time Warner Cable and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, or WI, and eighteen (18) years of age or older as of April 9, 2014.
Prizes:
Five (5) Grand Prizes are available: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day two (2) night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Charlotte, NC to attend the All-Star Race(“All-Star Race”) on or about May 17, 2014. All-Star Race date is non-negotiable. All-Star Race date is subject to change. If Grand Prize Winner, together with Guest, cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize (as hereinafter defined). Promotion Entities are not responsible if a potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize a prize. The trip shall include the following: (i) Roundtrip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice in or around Charlotte, NC, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Charlotte, NC; (ii) ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to and from an airport in or around Charlotte, NC; (iii) three (3) days and two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based upon double occupancy (room and tax only; meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice, in its sole discretion, in or around Charlotte, NC; (iv) two (2) tickets to the All-Star Race; (v) two (2) Hot Passes; (vi) a Time Warner Cable/Kasey Kahne Prize Pack; and (vii) a Meet & Greet with Kasey Kahne (“Meet & Greet”) (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $2,150.00, depending on the Grand Prize Winner’s residence.
Prize details: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two to Charlotte, NC to attend the All-Star Race on May 17, 2014.
Trip includes: Roundtrip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Charlotte, NC; standard hotel accommodations for one (1) room based upon double occupancy (room and tax only) for three (3) days and two (2) nights; two (2) tickets to the All-Star Race; two (2) Hot Passes; a Time Warner Cable/Kasey Kahne Prize Pack; and a Meet & Greet with Kasey Kahne.
