Sports Authority Road to Rio Bracket Challenge

Prize Awards: The following prize awards will be available to eligible contestants participating in the Contest:

Grand Prize – Determine all (63) Games Correctly (“Perfect Picks”): If any eligible contestant correctly determines the exact outcome of all (63) games in the Designated Tournament (thereby achieving a total combined score of 89 points) they will win the Grand Prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The Grand Prize is: $25,000

A maximum of one (1) grand prize will be awarded, regardless of the number of contestants who have submitted a potential winning ‘Perfect Picks’ prediction. In the event of multiple winning entries, then the cash value of the grand prize will be evenly distributed among eligible winning contestants (i.e. if there are two winning contestants, each contestant will receive $12,500). If no eligible contestant correctly determines all 63 games, then the Grand Prize will not be awarded.

Group Stage

Group Stage – (100) Highest Point Totals (maximum of 100 Group Stage prizes): The (100) eligible contestants who score the highest points in the Group Stage will be eligible to claim the Group Stage Prize subject to verification of compliance with these official rules. The Group Stage prize is: A $250.00 Sports Authority Gift Card (may be awarded in multiple cards)

A maximum of (100) Group Stage prizes will be awarded. In the event of a tie in determining the Top 100 highest scores for the Group Stage, then the tie breaking procedures (see above) will apply for determining the Group Stage prize winners. Winners must accept delivery of prize as specified by Sponsor. Prize does not include any other costs or associated expenses.

Second Stage

Second Stage – Top (100) Highest Point Totals (maximum of 100 Second Stage prizes): The (100) eligible contestants who score the highest points in the Second Stage (based upon the progressive scoring system as outlined above) will be eligible to claim the Second Stage prize, subject to verification of compliance with these official rules. The Second Stage prize is: A $250.00 Sports Authority Gift Card (may be awarded in multiple cards).

A maximum of (100) Second Stage prizes will be awarded. In the event of a tie in determining the Top 100 highest scores for the Second Stage, then the tie breaking procedures (see above) will apply for determining the Second Stage prize winners. Winners must accept delivery of prize as specified by Sponsor. Prize does not include any other costs or associated expenses.

Overall Tournament Champion

Overall Tournament Champion – Highest Point Total Combined (Group Stage & Second Stage): The eligible contestant who scores the highest point total during the entire tournament combined, thereby earning the most cumulative points in the Group Stage and Second Stage, will be eligible to claim the Overall Tournament Champion Prize subject to verification of compliance with these official rules. The Overall Tournament Champion prize is: $2,500.00 in Sports Authority Gift Cards, awarded in the form of (5) $500.00 Sports Authority Gift Cards.

A maximum of one (1) Overall Tournament Champion prize will be awarded. In the event of multiple contestants tied for the highest point total during the entire tournament combined, then the tie breaking procedures (see above) will apply for determining the Overall Tournament Champion winner. Winner must accept delivery of prize as specified by Sponsor. Prize does not include any other costs or associated expenses.
