One (1) GRAND PRIZE consisting of:
(a) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Vancouver, BC (the “Destination”), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, as determined by Sponsor; provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination;
(b) one (1) hotel accommodation for one (1) night (one double occupancy room and room tax only) checking in September 4, 2014 and checking out on September 5, 2014;
(c) ground transfers from Vancouver, BC airport to hotel, from hotel to cruise port and from cruise port to airport;
(d) a seven (7) night cruise package for two (2) including a Deluxe Ocean View cabin with balcony on the Dave Koz & Friends at Sea Cruise (September 5 to September 12 2014) including meals in the main dining areas onboard and gratuities for the dining & cabin staff departing from Vancouver, BC on September 5, 2014, and returning on September 12, 2014 (the “Event”); and
