Prize:
There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to Winner. Prize will consist of one (1) trip (“Trip”) for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Savannah, Georgia. Trip will include: roundtrip, coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near Savannah, Georgia (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); three (3) nights’ accommodations (single room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at Westin Savannah Harbor Resort & Spa (“Resort”) – resort and parking fees included; unlimited golf for each player at The Savannah Harbor Golf Club during the Trip (subject to availability of tee times), two (2) individual one-hour lessons with a Golf Instructor (“Lessons”), two (2) spa packages at Heavenly Spa (to be redeemed any day except Saturday); one (1) full-size rental vehicle courtesy of Avis (make and model to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (vehicle rental and associated vehicle rental tax only) for Winner and Guest for three (3) days (“Rental Car”). If Winner is younger than twenty-one (21) years of age, Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older in order to check into the Resort. Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize is subject to certain additional terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Additional restrictions may apply. Prize does not include incidental charges, extras (including rental golf clubs, golf caddies and golf carts), and/or gratuities. Rental Car driver must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (subject to terms and conditions of Avis) and will be responsible for any associated and additional costs (including underage driver fees, insurance, gas, child seats, GPS, etc.). PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE PARKING, TRANSPORTATION, OR ACCOMMODATIONS OTHER THAN SPECIFIED ABOVE.
Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is four thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($4,450). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize may vary. If Prize includes a Trip, ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. For any Prize with an ARV of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the ARV of Prize for the year in which Prize was won.
