Timing: begins at 02:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 15, 2013 and ends when fifty (50) Valid Entries are received
Prize: One (1) Winner and a friend shall be awarded a two (2) hour tour of the Montauk Fish Market in Montauk, NY with Sam Talbot. Ground transportation to and from Manhattan, NY will be provided, if needed. The Winner shall also receive a gift bag with essential cooking items and $200.00 to be used toward any items purchased during the tour. The total estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the prize package is five hundred dollars ($500.00). The tour must occur before September 30, 2013. The Winner must coordinate with Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee to determine the date of the tour. Additional prize award details may be provided to the Winner at the time of the prize notification. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. If in the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes and unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
