October Prize: (1 winner) In-home visit from a personal chef to prepare a gourmet Italian meal for up to ten people and a $250 gift certificate for beverages. (ARV $3000)
November Prize: (1 winner) In-home visit from a personal chef to prepare a gourmet Italian meal for up to ten people featuring Buitoni products. (ARV $3000)
December Prize: (1 winner) In-home visit from a personal chef to prepare a gourmet Italian meal for up to ten people with a cheese pairing. (ARV $3000)

Personal chef is selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Food/menu is selected at personal chef’s sole discretion. In-home visit date will be scheduled based on personal chef availability. Once the Sponsor arranges the personal chef visit, the Sponsor will not be held responsible for any cancellation or postponement thereafter and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. Services provided by the personal chef are subject to his/her terms and conditions. If personal chef service is not available, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a substitute prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Potential winner may be required to execute an agreement that will permit visit to winner’s residence, including but not limited to use of winner’s cookware, kitchen appliance and utensils, flatware and dinnerware. Actual value of prize depends on location of winner, cost of ingredients to prepare the meal and cost to hire a personal chef. If actual value of prize is lower than ARV stated above, the difference will not be awarded. All prizes must be redeemed by October 31, 2009. If winner cannot accept the prize for any reason whatsoever, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
