To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or Washington D.C., be 18 years of age or older, and have a valid email address. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) anyone who is or has been a Professional tennis player; (b) anyone who has played college tennis at any level in the five-year period prior to his/her participation in the Grand Prize Competition or Alternate Game (as defined below); (c) anyone who has played on an Olympic or international tennis team in the five year period prior to his/her participation in the Grand Prize Competition or Alternate Game (as defined below); (d) anyone who has received any income or prizing of $5,000.00 or more for playing, instructing, and/or coaching tennis in any capacity; (e) any person who, at any time on or after July 15, 2009,
a) Sweepstakes First Prize (1): A trip for two (2) to New York, NY for a 3-day, 2-night stay during the 2010 edition of Tennis Night in America (exact dates to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion). Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation from a major airport nearest the winner’s home within the U.S. (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard accommodation for two (2) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) and four (4) tickets to attend two (2) games (two (2) tickets per game; games and ticket section in the discretion of Sponsor) in the 2010 edition of Tennis Night in America.
Grand Prize (1) (if applicable – see Rule #6): $1,000,000.00 USD, payable as a 40-year annuity at $25,000.00 USD per year without interest; present value is approximately $470,000.00 (actual value depends on cost of annuity when prize is awarded).
Sweepstakes Second Prize (1): A trip for two (2) to New York, NY for a 3-day, 2-night stay during the 2010 edition of the U.S. Tennis Open (exact dates to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion). Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation from a major airport nearest the winner’s home within the U.S. (airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor), one (1) double occupancy standard accommodation for two (2) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor) and two (2) courtside tickets OR two (2) seats in the USTA President’s Box (ticket location to be determined by the Sponsor in its discretion) for the Women’s Doubles Final and the Men’s Singles Final in the 2010 U.S. Open.
Maximum ARV of prizes available to be won: $1,030,000.00.
