Grand Prize and First Prize winners and travel companions must travel together and must have valid travel documents (i.e., valid government issued photo ID, passport) prior to departure. Grand Prize and First Prize winners’ travel companions (or parent or legal guardian if companion is a minor and winner’s child/charge) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. If Grand Prize or First Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, one of winner’s travel companions must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. Grand and First Prize trips must be taken within one (1) year of date awarded, or prize will be forfeited.
