Prize: (3 winners – 1 per category) 7-day/6-night trip for two to Indianapolis, IN, from 1/31/2012 through 2/6/2012, to attend Super Bowl XLVI. Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), a pair of tickets to the game, ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and to from hotel/game, a meet and greet with Larry the Cable Guy (subject to availability), a pair of VIP tickets to a Sponsor-specified Larry the Cable Guy’s show, a Prilosec OTC tailgate gear pack consisting of a Camouflage Cap and a Spectator Cooler Chair, and a $2,000 check for the winner (ARV: $8,450 each). All federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of each winner. Grand Prize trips must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor surrounding Super Bowl XLVI, which are subject to change. Each Grand Prize winner will be required to attend a Winner’s Tailgate Showcase Media event (with Larry the Cable Guy) on a Sponsor-specified date during the trip (either on 2/1/2012 or 2/2/2012). If a Grand Prize winner is unable to travel on dates specified and agreed to, prize will be forfeited and Grand Prize will be awarded to the Entrant with the next highest score, time permitting. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her respective guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guests must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence and will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure and grants permission for his/her name and likeness to be featured in any and all media relating to the Contest. All travelers must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. Failure to obtain required travel documents by a Grand Prize winner may result in forfeiture of prize and alternate determination, time permitting. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, entertainment, transfers, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, any transportation not mentioned within such prize descriptions and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the winners. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation of Super Bowl XLVI, scheduling conflicts with Larry the Cable Guy or an event of force majeure; and, in such circumstance, an alternate prize/prize component of equal value will be awarded and the Sponsor’s obligation to the winners will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.
