BRACKET SELECTION/ENTRY PERIOD: Beginning 10:00 p.m. ET on March 14, 2010 and ending at 11:30 a.m. ET on March 18, 2010, or when five million bracket entries are received, whichever occurs first, you will have access to an online brackets page listing 63 of the 64 eligible Division 1 Men’s College Basketball Tournament teams and their Round One match-ups. Note: The 64th team will be determined by a play-in Tournament game on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. That game will not be counted in this Sweepstakes. Prior to completion of that game, the 64th team will be listed on the brackets page as the “Play-In Winner,” and you may pick “Play-In Winner” in the first Round if you would like to submit picks before the play-in game is complete. You must enter your projected winners of all 63 games of the Tournament, Round by Round by 11:30 a.m. ET on March 18, 2010, however, the entry period could close early if five million bracket entries are received before March 18, 2010, as noted above. Once you have submitted your selections, no changes can be made.
PRIZES: One (1) Zero Imperfections Bracket Grand Prize: Winner will receive 9 million dollars (awarded in the form of a 40-year annuity, payable at $225,000 per year without interest or, at the election of the winner, as a $4,275,000 lump sum payment), Maximum ARV $9,000,000. One (1) Cumulative Tournament Bracket Prize: Three hundred fifty thousand dollars,ARV $350,000. One (1) First Round Prize: Two hundred fifty thousand dollars.ARV $250,000. One (1) Second Round Prize: One hundred fifty thousand dollars. ARV $150,000. One (1) Third Round Prize: One hundred thousand dollars. ARV $100,000.
