Grand Prize: (1 winner) 6-day/5-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to one of the following destinations to be chosen by the winner: London, Scotland, Ireland, or Wales (ARV: $4,500.00). Actual value depends on location of winner, selection of destination and fares at time of departure. If actual value of the trip is lower than the ARV stated herein, the difference will not be awarded.
Each trip choice includes: round-trip coach-class airfare from and to a major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence to and from the destination city and hotel accommodations for five (5) nights. Selection of hotel and airline carrier will be at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. All meals, ground transportation, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, service charges or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the winner’s sole responsibility. Grand Prize trip must be taken by 6/30/09. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent. Travel subject to availability and certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner (or guest) cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winners and guests must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates and are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (for example, valid passport, visa, photo ID) prior to travel. Grand Prize winner’s guest will be required to complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a traveling minor.
