 Grand Prize (1): A 3-day/2-night trip for four on
 October 18, 2013 through October 20, 2013 to Los Angeles, California for the IndyCar®
 Finale Race on
 October 19, 2013. Trip includes round trip coach class air transportation for winner and travel
 companions from major airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA, ground transportation to
 and from the Los Angeles airport and hotel, two nights of Sponsor-selected standard hotel
 accommodations (based on quad occupancy and availability), four suite tickets to the IndyCar®
 Finale
 Race on October 19, 2013, IndyCar®
 2-seater ride for winner and travel companions, Sponsor-selected
 ground transportation to and from the IndyCar®
 race (ARV $12,250.00). 2-seater ride participants must
 be 18 years of age or older and must meet IndyCar®
 requirements and may be required to execute
 additional releases/waivers in order to participate. Actual retail value depends on Grand Prize winner’s
 residence and fares at time of travel. Grand Prize winner will not receive difference between actual and
 approximate retail value. In the event winner lives within a 150-mile radius of Los Angeles, CA, roundtrip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation
 will be provided for air transportation portion of prize.
