Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to the 2011 NHL All Star Game in Raleigh, NC. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s place of residence (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Raleigh, NC; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); entry for two (2) to the Honda SuperSkills® competition scheduled to be held on Saturday, January 29, 2011; two (2) tickets to the 2011 NHL All Star Game scheduled to be held on Sunday, January 30, 2011; and ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Raleigh, NC or $300 USD allowance for full-size rental car for length of stay (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Terms and conditions of game tickets apply. Seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must travel on January 28, 2011, returning on January 31, 2011 or prize will be forfeited. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion and winner’s travel companion must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as winner. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the trip package description above, including but not limited to, other ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are solely the responsibility of winner and winner’s travel companion. Unless the child or legal ward of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in his or her state or province of legal residence as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental/legal guardian permissions and releases. If winner is a minor in his/her state or province of residence, travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian and winner must be accompanied during the entire grand prize trip by winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companion (or parent/legal guardian if under the age of majority) must also execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. If winner is Canadian, then winner and his or her traveling companion must have valid passports and visas (with the term “valid” defined as what is valid under Canadian and U.S. law) at the time of departure from Canada up to and including the time of return to Canada, and in the event for any reason the winner does not have a valid passport/visa at the time of departure then neither the winner nor his or her traveling companion may travel and the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and nothing will be substituted in its place, but if at the time of departure the winner does have a valid passport/visa and traveling companion does not have a valid passport/visa the winner may travel but in such event the winner may not choose a new traveling companion. Sponsor will not be responsible if winner is denied permission to fly, entry into the United States or reentry into Canada (as applicable). Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and winner will not receive any difference, if any, in prize value that results from such substitution. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if the Honda SuperSkills® competition or 2011 NHL All Star Game are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the grand prize: $4,500 USD based on a sample New York City departure.
