Prize: (1 winner) Four tickets to see a live concert performance by Owl City prior to December 30th, 2010, on dates and location to be determined solely by Sponsor dependent upon final tour schedule. Prize details: Includes round trip coach class air transportation for four from the major airport closest to the winner’s home address concert city location for travel from one day prior to concert day and one day following concert date only. Carrier used will be at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and flights may include stopovers and/or connections. 2-nights/3-days hotel accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy) at hotel of Sponsor’s choice. Ground transportation for four from airport to hotel, hotel to venue, venue to the hotel and hotel to airport. Four tickets to an Owl City concert. Four meet and greet passes to Owl City (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” is $4,000) All other expenses are excluded. No responsibility is assumed for any cancellation or rescheduling of the concert, in whole or in part. No substitute or additional compensation will be awarded. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging will be subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor’s approval. Winner and companions must travel together on same itinerary; and a minor may not participate in the Trip unless the winner is his/her parent/legal guardian. The companions will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize elements may not be separated. Winner and companions are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, etc.) before departure. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the value of the prize Total approximate retail value of all prizes combined: $4,000.00.
