Prize: (1 winner) Winner’s choice of 4 prizes
–Disney Cruise Line 4-night vacation package for winner and seven persons to be taken aboard the Disney Wonder to The Bahamas, including Nassau and Castaway Cay, which includes two deluxe oceanview (Category 9) rooms (four persons per room), all onboard meals, government taxes, fees and fuel surcharges, and onboard gratuities for stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server. Prize package also includes round-trip coach airfare for eight persons between the United States gateway airport nearest to winner’s home and Orlando International airport if winner resides outside of a 200 mile radius of Orlando, FL, and ground Transportation from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral and back to Orlando International Airport via Disney Cruise Line transportation. Items not included as part of the vacation package which are the responsibility of the winner include: shore excursions; travel insurance; laundry service; spa treatments; alcoholic beverages; local and long distance telephone calls; ship to shore communications including internet; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; additional tips and gratuities; income and other taxes; transportation between winner’s home and gateway airport; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $12,800. Prize must be redeemed by November 24, 2010. Actual retail value of prize will vary based on itinerary. Prize elements may be subject to additional restrictions. Winner and all guests must travel together on specified itinerary. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change based on availability and providers approval. Travel may not occur during cruise ship or airline block-out periods. Cruise ship block-out dates are as follows and subject to change: 2009: 11/25; 12/23-12/30, 2010: 2/14; 3/14-4/4; 6/4-8/13. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Disney Cruise Line vacation. Vacations may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. Vacation elements may not be substituted and vacations are non-commissionable. Winner and travel companions are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper identification and/or citizenship documentation will be denied boarding.
–Five nights standard double-occupancy accommodations for two (2) persons at his/her choice of any Small Luxury Hotel (SLH) property. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,500, depending on SLH property chosen. Accommodations are subject to availability. Winner is responsible for transportation to/from chosen SLH hotel, food, beverages, taxes and other incidental costs incurred at the SLH hotel as well as all other expenses not expressly included in prize as described. In addition, if winner selects an all-inclusive SLH hotel, winner will incur an additional charge, which will vary depending on the property selected. Once confirmed, accommodations can not be altered or cancelled and, if not use as confirmed, the prize will be forfeited without further compensation. Benefits earned in respect of The Club of Small Luxury Hotels of the World cannot be redeemed in conjunction with Prize. Winner and travel companion are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel to chosen SLH hotel, which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Prize must be redeemed by May 31, 2010.

–A dinner for him/herself and three guests at the winner’s choice of one of Macy’s Culinary Council Chef’s restaurants, with meal menu and wine selected by the Chef. Any additional selections at winner’s expense. Prize includes round trip coach airfare for four persons from the airport closest to winner’s residence and two nights double occupancy standard hotel accommodations. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000 depending on restaurant location and travel itinerary. If winner resides in the city where the restaurant is located, airfare will be forfeited and no additional compensation will be provided. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary. Restaurant reservation is subject to restrictions and space availability Chef may not be present at the restaurant on date of winner’s dinner.
