an individual 18 years of age or older who has reached the age of majority in his or her state of residence, (ii) a legal resident of the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia), (iii) an owner of a home with an attached outdoor area, owned and controlled by the entrant, of at least 200 sq feet, and (iv) physically residing in his/her state of residence and eligible home.
2) re-pin the instruction entry pin, and 3) re-pin a minimum of five (5) images from the images found on the It’s Time to Shine board found on the Lowe’s Pinterest page onto entrant’s personal Pinterest board(s) between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 10, 2013 and 11:59 p.m. ET on July 1, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
Limit one (1) entry per person/authorized Pinterest account holder regardless of number of Lowe’s It’s Time to Shine board pins re-pinned.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
One (1) Grand Prize: Outdoor Room Makeover: A total of up to five (5) hours design services, including consultation by Jamie Durie and/or Jamie Durie Media and Design property review, site restrictions and opportunities, idea concept time, sketches of a final design plan provided, and up to $5000 of Lowe’s merchandise and/or services selected by Jamie Durie and/or Jamie Durie Media and Design intended for the design plan. Design specifications, services and merchandise for the Grand Prize will be at the discretion of the Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $7,800.
Five (5) First Prizes: One (1) 5 Burner Liquid Propane and Natural Gas Grill (make and model to be selected at the discretion of the Sponsor). ARV of each First Prize is $599.
Total ARV of all Prizes awarded is $10,795.
