Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be awarded, consisting of a COOKOUT experience
hosted by T-Pain for winner and five (5) guests (the “COOKOUT Experience”). The COOKOUT
Experience includes:
• One (1) Food and Beverage per person in the group catered by a local restaurant (“Caterer”) to be
determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $500.
• One (1) T-Pain Meet and Greet for winner and up to five (5) other guests based on local health
guidelines and proper social distancing if required (“Meet and Greet”). ARV: $0.
The Meet and Greet will take place in a mutually agreed upon location determined by Sponsor and within
reasonable driving proximity of winner’s address, based on availability. Meet and Greet portion of the
Grand Prize is subject to T-Pain’s availability. In the case of unavailability, the remainder of the
COOKOUT Experience, if any, will be awarded without the Meet and Greet portion. Sponsor and/or
caterer reserve the right to decline participation in the event to any Winner and/or Winner’s guest(s), if
applicable, if it is deemed that an individual is unfit, in an unsafe condition, acting in an unsafe manner,
fails to meet the requirements of that particular component of the event (which may include, without
limitation, temperature checks or restrictions based on the health of the participant) or for any other
reason, as determined by Sponsor or Caterer in either of their reasonable discretion. All parties will be
required to follow city restrictions for COVID-19 and sign a Covid Protocol Agreement. At Sponsor
discretion, the ARV cash equivalent of the Grand Prize may be substituted if the featured Grand Prize
becomes unavailable in its entirety.
