Prize. The Winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”): (i) four (4) tickets to the Jacksonville
Jaguars away game versus the Cleveland Browns scheduled to be played on December 10, 2023 (the “Live Event”)
(ARV = $800), (ii) four (4) roundtrip economy class flights from the airport in a major city closest to Winner’s home
to Cleveland, Ohio (ARV = $1,280), and hotel accommodations for Winner and up to three (3) guests for one (1) night
at a hotel to be determined by Club in its sole discretion (ARV = $500). Total ARV of Prize = $2,580.
