(1) Grand Prize: A 5-day/4-night trip for two to the premiere of Puss in Boots in Los Angeles, CA on October 23, 2011 consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest to winner’s residence in the U.S., standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room), two tickets to Puss in Boots movie premiere, $180 awarded in the form of a check which may be used toward a car rental and (1) $1,500 Preloaded Debit Card (winner only) (Approximate Retail Value= $5,400). Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner’s city of departure and venue city. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations at the premiere shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if winner resides within one-hundred (100) miles of the premiere (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.  If the designated premiere or any other prize-related activity is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and Sponsor will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor ’s agent and on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice.  Winner and guest(s) are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel.  Winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their state/province of residence (and at least eighteen (18)) unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  If a guest is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must execute and return all required documents on behalf of such child or legal ward and he/she must accompany such child or legal ward on trip as one of the guests.  If potential winner is an eligible minor in his/her state of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein and must accompany minor on trip as a guest. All prize details are at Sponsor ’s sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all premiere rules and regulations relating to the use of premiere tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such premiere. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or any guest(s) who engage(s) in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the premiere.  The Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any event. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Total ARV of all prizes: $10,400.
