PRIZES:
(a) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded for the entire Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) trip for two (2) people to Tahiti. Trip is six (6) nights, as follows: two (2) nights on the island of Tahiti at the Manava Suite Resort Tahiti; two (2) nights on the island of Huahine at the Te Tiare Beach Resort; and two (2) nights on the island of Tikehau at the Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort. Trip must be taken between the dates of March 1, 2010 and May 15, 2010 (blackout dates may apply). Winner must be available to travel and complete the trip within the date range specified by Sponsor or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with these official rules. Winner must provide Sponsor with two (2) different possible travel dates, within the set travel date range, at least thirty (30) days in advance of the first desired departure date. In connection with the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner will receive the following: roundtrip coach class airfare for Grand Prize winner and their guest on an airline selected by Sponsor, from the major commercial airport (with regularly scheduled international passenger flights) nearest winner’s primary residence to the major commercial airport (with regularly scheduled international passenger flights) in Tahiti; inter-island air travel in Tahiti for two (2) on Air Tahiti (or another airline selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), coach class if different flying classes are designated on such inter-island flights; six (6) nights hotel accommodations at the resorts/hotels selected by Sponsor as listed above (one (1) room only at each location, double occupancy, room and tax only); all ground and boat transfers to/from hotels, resorts and airports, for two (2) people, while in Tahiti; one (1) activity per island while in Tahiti, as determined by Sponsor and subject to availability (could include shark or ray feeding, jet skiing, surfing or kayaking), winner and winner’s guest must participate in the same activity on each island; and one (1) Quiksilver surf package. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for the entire Grand Prize is US$7,000.00.

The First Prize consists of one (1) trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, California to attend the premiere screening of the movie “Ultimate Wave Tahiti 3D” and the Quiksilver after party. Trip is three (3) days, two (2) nights, departing on February 9, 2010 and returning on February 11, 2010. Winner must be available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor or the First Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these official rules. In connection with the First Prize, the First Prize winner will receive the following: roundtrip coach class airfare for First Prize winner and their guest on an airline selected by Sponsor, from the major commercial airport (with regularly scheduled international passenger flights) nearest winner’s primary residence to the major commercial airport (with regularly scheduled international passenger flights) in Los Angeles, CA; two (2) nights hotel accommodations at The Standard Hotel Downtown (one (1) room only, double occupancy, room and tax only); round-trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel; two (2) tickets to the premiere screening of “Ultimate Wave Tahiti 3D” and the Quiksilver after party at the California Science Center; and ground transportation between the hotel and the screening and after party. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for the entire First Prize is US$1,000.00.
