Grand Prize (1): winner and up to three (3) guests will receive a 3-day / 2-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip”). The Trip will consist of the following: (a.) round-trip coach class air transportation for up to four (4) to Los Angeles, CA from the major airport nearest winner’s residence; (b.) two (2) nights hotel accommodations for winner and his/her guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, quad occupancy, room & tax only); (c.) four (4) admission tickets to the Glee 3D movie premiere(the “Premiere”); (d.) ground transportation between the airport and hotel and hotel and the Premiere; and (e.) a $500 prepaid gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $4,900.

 Travel must take place on dates designated by Sponsor. The Premiere in Los Angeles is currently anticipated to be held on August 6, 2011. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize trip during the dates chosen by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
