GRAND PRIZE

Trip for 2 to the 3-day 2009 FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen (includes tickets, roundtrip airfare, and accommodations):

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Food & Wine Classis in Aspen, Colorado (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize consists of: two (2) tickets to the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, CO (“Event”), round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence, and three (3) nights accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only) at a hotel selected by the Sponsor.

Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on same itinerary and dates (tentatively scheduled for June 18-21, 2009, but subject to change) as determined by Sponsor. If Event is canceled, postponed or has occurred prior to verification/confirmation of the Grand Prize winner, or if the Grand Prize winner cannot travel to Event prior to travel arrangements being made, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, a check for $2,500 will be awarded in lieu of trip prize.

One hundred (100) First Prize winners will receive a three (3) month Fruit-of-the-Month Club® membership (ARV: $84.95 each)
