One (1) Winner per matchup will be selected in random drawings on or about the dates listed in the chart above from among all eligible Entries received during the corresponding matchup Entry period only. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a separate random drawing on or about April 12, 2013 from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

1 Final Four Matchup Prize trip includes a 3 day/2 night trip for two (2) to Sponsor-specified location for a game of horse or interview and meet and greet with Jay Bilas, based on availability. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home city to Sponsor-specified city, two (2) night hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy and availability), round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel, a $250 Sponsor-specified gift card or check for the winner to be used as spending money. All prize components are subject to availability. In the event winner lives within a 150-mile radius of the Sponsor-specified city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of prize. Actual value of the Final Four Matchup prize trip may vary due to winner’s residence, dates of travel and fares at time of travel. Additional publicity releases may be required. If Prize Winner cannot accept prize, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be determined. Sponsor will determine the location, time, date and duration of the meet and greet with Jay Bilas. In the event that the meet and greet with Jay Bilas is cancelled or cannot be awarded as planned for reasons out of Sponsor’s control, that portion of prize will not be awarded and the remainder of the prize will be awarded to winner.

All prize components are subject to availability. In the event winner lives within a 150-mile radius of the Sponsor-specified city, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of prize. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will award the following Prizes at Sponsor-selected times and dates, if the described events occur, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the described events do not occur as stated, the additional prizes will be awarded at Sponsor-selected times during the Sweepstakes Period.
Overtime: If one of the following overtime scenarios occurs during the Sweepstakes Period, two (2) additional Matchup Prizes, three (3) total, will be awarded for the corresponding Matchup Sweepstakes Drawing: If a game goes into one (1) overtime that is exceptionally memorable, in Sponsor’s sole discretion; if a game goes into triple overtime; or if a game goes into double overtime.
Fairy Tale Story: One (1) inspiring March Madness story will be selected (and possibly featured online) by Sponsor (in their sole discretion based on Inspirational Value 100%) and once selected, one (1) Sponsor selected Dove Men+Care sample (max ARV: $ 1.47 each) will be awarded to the first 5,000 Entrants who entered during the corresponding matchup.
Big Upset: When a popular and “expected to win” team, as solely determined by the Sponsor, loses during NCAA March Madness, one (1) of each of the corresponding Matchup Prizes, two (2) total, will be awarded for the corresponding Matchup.
Bubble Team: When a team just barely makes it into the tournament, as solely determined by the Sponsor, of NCAA March Madness, one (1) additional Matchup Prize, two (2) total, will be awarded for the corresponding Matchup Prize.
