PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Grand Prizes (150 total – 30 per Entry Period): A trip for two (2) to Verona, Italy, including round-trip coach class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (winner is responsible for travel and expenses to and from such airport) to Verona, Italy (or nearby international airport), hotel accommodations for three (3) nights [one (1) standard room, based on double occupancy] including Sponsor-specified breakfast each morning for two at the hotel (2), and three (3) Sponsor-specified dinners in Verona (the “dinners”). Trips will be on dates specified by Sponsor, as outlined in the chart in Section 4. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $4,000. Actual retail value of each trip may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. The total ARV of all prizes is $600,000. L
