One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s makeover for attendance to his or her prom consisting of an American Express® Gift Card (terms and conditions on Gift Card apply*) for use in the purchase of prom attire, salon services, overall appearance makeover services, and/or transportation to/from winner’s residence and prom location. Winner may choose to use the services of Jeannine Morris for his or her makeover.  A minimum of $1,000.00 and a maximum of $3,000.00 will be awarded depending upon the number of entrants that are recorded on the Sweepstakes Website as of 5:00 p.m. on May 4, 2012: a.) up to 19,999 entrants – $1,000 prize; b.) up to 39,999 entrants – $2,000 prize; or c.) 40,000 or more entrants – $3,000 prize. In the event of technical issues in determining the amount to be awarded, the maximum of $3,000 will be awarded to the winner.
