PRIZES:
 (1) Promotion Cards: One winner will be selected at random for each Promotion Day during the Promotion Period, for a total of 15 unique winners. Each winner will receive a $100 Callaway promotion card redeemable at www.Shop.CallawayGolf.com or by phone at 1.877.Callaway (toll free). The Promotion Card expires on December 31, 2011 and is void after that date. The Promotion Card can be used to purchase merchandise only.

 Potential winners for each Promotion Day will be selected in a series of random drawings from among all eligible entries received up through the last Promotion Day in each period, as follows:

 The Grand Prize winner will be drawn by Sponsor on June 25, 2011, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period; the 15 Promotion Card winners will be included in this drawing and are eligible to receive the Grand Prize in addition to one Promotion Card. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $699.
