Prize: (1 winner) One Sandals River Suite for five nights (double occupancy), which includes Sandals signature Butler Service at Sandals Negril Beach Resort & Spa in Jamaica. All meals and beverages are included. Reservations will not be confirmed until thirty (30) days prior to the selected travel date. A processing fee of $25.00 per room, per night double occupancy will apply to each prize. Payment by either credit card or check is to be made upon receiving hotel confirmation, or the reservation will be canceled. Winner will also receive a couple’s massage at Sandals exclusive Red Lane Spa. Two roundtrip coach airline tickets will be provided to Montego Bay, Jamaica from the following major cities: Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Newark, Orlando, or Philadelphia. Winner is responsible for transportation to the nearest gateway at their own expense. Flight and air carrier are subject to change and availability. Restrictions may apply. Unique Vacations is not responsible if airlines change the gateways or discontinue service from a specific gateway. Each passenger will be responsible for applicable travel taxes and fuel surcharges. The tickets are subject to availability and the following blackout periods, when travel is prohibited: December 15 to January 7, July 1 through September 15, four (4) days before/after any major US holiday, and seven (7) days before/after Easter. Blackout dates for Sandals consist of seven (7) days before and seven (7) days after any major US holiday and are solely within the discretion of Sandals Resorts represented worldwide by Unique Vacations, Inc. Stay is subject to availability. Ground transportation, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be booked and completed by October 1, 2010 and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
